You have found your way to my newly re-designed website - I hope you'll stay for a while. I am a British composer and writer on music. My music is of a tonal/modal character, and had been described as 'the new lyricism.' Contents include photographs, my CV and other information about me and my music - most importantly my ongoing journal , 'MUSINGS'; plus autobiographical material.You can look at (and play through) some of my music in SCORE, using a very small and easily downloaded plug-in from Sibelius. I have a MUSIC EXAMPLES page with mp3 and realaudio files; you can listen to some of my works, including songs sung by young counter-tenor Gabriel Gottlieb, some of my Wilfred Owen settings, and a recording by the BBC Singers.
